I did not order from Etsy, instead I ordered directly off zenosaga’s website so there is no way to dispute this purchase of anything. 1

When we bought it $400, we waited a real quality and authenticy. Especially if you asked for black fox fur... We hope the company will reply you with professionalism and a real justification. Still waiting for a reply back from zenosaga but in the meantime I did already talk to Eugene at Ofurs and he promised me that for a bit higher of a price $100-$150 that he can make knee high boots that are a lot more plus and voluminous. Overall just bigger and better boots. And I trust his craftsmanship 2
