Im planning to buy fur gloves and a fur stole from Zeno Furs but im a little bit in doubt with the quality of their furs. That why I am curious if anyone had experience with buying their furs. 1

I have not ordered from them before but I am currently in talks with them about making a pair of double sided fox fur boots. If anyone has ordered from them in the past, I would also like to know how the experience was. 1

Chrisfurlover Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Just placed my order for a pair of black fox fur boots that are 30cm tall and are lined with the same black fox fur on the inside as well as the soles being fox fur as well. Super excited! I didn't go for the outdoor rubber soles because they just looked cheap so I went with the leather bottom instead for a cozy indoor use.

Chrisfurlover Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Howdy all! I have received my package and have had some time to try the boots out. Just to recap I ordered a 30cm tall black fox fur boots, fox fur lining, and soles, as well as leather outsole (bottoms). This is my overall review: I am very impressed with the quality, however. I do find the shape and overall size of the sole is not quite right. I understand that I provided them custom measurements and they made them accordingly so I do take responsibility for that. They fit as if there was no planning for how much the fox fur’s dense fur would impact how much room there is in the boot. Additionally there was a slight odor to them out of the packaging. I cannot pin point exactly what is causing the smell but I suspect it was the plastic and duck tape that was used in shipping. I do enjoy these boots so much and want to purchase another pair in the future. Most likely a silver fox fur and to my knee height (50-60cm tall). (TLTR: Will order again, but if you are ordering custom measurements, adjust measurements and add an additional 1cm to account for the density of the fox fur lining. I was able to get the smell out by having them sit outside for a while not in direct sunlight.) P.s. let me know if yall want better pictures of them tomorrow in outside lighting 1
Chrisfurlover Posted March 14 Posted March 14 (edited) Excuse the low quality photo but I did just examine the inside of my boots and to my horror I found the manufacturer did not use black fox fur like they had led me to believe and insisted when I ordered. Please take that info as you will. Knowing this and knowing I paid $400 for these boots, I may consider looking into Oliverfurs, LITVINshoes, Ofurs, or even Missfox6.
