She is Lynn Paul who was a singer with the group the New Seekers. They were quite big in Britain in the late Sixties and early Seventies. Their most famous song was I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing which was turned into a C*ke C*la advert. They, like C*ke C*la were cr*p.
