I was wondering if anyone know of a place where you can buy furs made to measure online? I have tried to contact Kostas here, but would like to ask if anyone has any other leads to check out the market.

I am not sure on this, but you might try Oliverfurs in Montreal. You can contact them via their eBay store. Several of the designs they show on their eBay store they will custom make to your specifications.
