punisherthunder
Anyone tried a product from them? I've got a white fox with a touch of yellow to the collar now and may consider trying this.
bigfur1
I would be surprised if that works on oxidation. My wife's white mink coat started to "yellow" and the furrier had to re-dye or "brighten" it . I hope it works for you because that process at a furrier is not cheap. AKcoyote
To my knowledge, the only way a yellowed white fur can be whitened is to bleach the fur which is frequently done on new slightly off-color pelts. This can be hard on the fur, so should only be done if the pelts are still in good shape (not dried out).
punisherthunder
That's what I was thinking. There are some reviews on online that saw you can get 3-4 applications out of this whitening solution. So there's a chance it could work. They also sell the sawdust/woodchip cleaning solution and some glazing spray. Sounds like they're trying to undercut the cost of a fur cleaning. Joe
It's nice to post after so long. I've been wondering about this product myself over the years since it first hit the market. Let me know if it works! J.
