Worker 11811 Posted October 8, 2016 Share Posted October 8, 2016 Aside from security, protecting fur from heat, strong light and water would be my concerns. Keep furs in a garment bag when not in use. If you stop at a hotel or some place like that, take your furs inside. If you are really worried about furs getting stolen, get a cable style bicycle lock and secure them in the same fashion as you see in some retail fur stores. Generally speaking, if the temperature and atmosphere is comfortable for you it should also be comfortable for the fur. Just use common sense and I think it will be all right.
