UK Guards Bear skin hats

I can't see where they got the concept of "outrage" from?

 

Interesting that most of the comments on this article seem to be defending the use of bear skin hats for the Guards. Contrast that with the negative vitriolic abuse you get when there is an article about women wearing fur coats in public. Or maybe the tide is changing

Its interesting because other things have changed to faux in the army like bass drummers aprons and other regiments fur hats. The guards say a suitable faux hasn't been found to replace bearskin yet.
