Coyote Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 In the Sword of Truth series of novels, the main female character, Kahlen Amnell and her female bodyguard spend most of one of the books set during winter (Been a while since I read them, but I believe it was the second book, 'Stone of Tears'.) wearing a wolf fur cloak. If you like well written fantasy stories anyway, I highly recommend them. Don't let the sub-par TV adaptation put you off them! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Love for fur Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 "Song of fire and ice" series by George R.R. Martin, more known as "Game of Thrones series" has a lot of fur in it. But it's most often in a very practical way. Such as people sleeping a lot with furs, but there are some astounding passages as well, such as when Daenerys is wearing her lion pelt (really some fantasy animal) and nothing else Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
