Is there anyway to stop Google and the others indexing my post?

Worker might be a better source of info on this question, but basically no so long as the forum is a public one. Bots such as Google's are not allowed to read the adult content areas, or hidden forums such as those reserved for staff, but otherwise they can read and index most posts. We could possibly add the meta keyword NOINDEX to the heading of pages displaying posts, but the bots might ignore it.

 

In a different topic it was mentioned that it can be difficult to find this place in search engines. Anybody have suggestions for keywords that could be added to the header of the forums index page for search engines to use
