Really very interesting, wallee - thanks for sharing. Even though most of the technological predictions aren't mainstream, they're possible. Having just completed a career in higher education, I have had a first-hand look at how distance education has progressed; in fact, I helped build my university's school for adult and continuing education. Having also worked closely with enrollment, I think it is remarkable that the largest high school in the USA, with over 8,000 students, is a cyber school.

 

I think the thing I enjoyed most were the comments. They ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous, from the sobering to the hilarious. This was a thought-provoking, yet highly entertaining opportunity for us. I recommend that everyone take a look!

The interesting thing is they are often off by how soon it happens rather than the opposite.
