I have but two vain attempts at fur literotica. I think you read both. (Remember the autobiographical sketch? ) I'm not sure if they're even around anymore. It would probably be best if I left this sort of thing to the experts . . .

I do not lay claim to being any kind of expert in writing stories. In fact, I would like to learn how to put some real polish on my stories. I've just had these stories rolling around inside my brain for so many years that I need to get them out to make room for new stuff!

If you don't think you can write stories in the traditional sense, why don't you try writing them as a "treatment" instead. Then, maybe, somebody else can come along and put your treatment into words then send it back to you. Make some final edits and touch-ups then you can publish them on the net.

 

Literotica actually encourages writers to become editors for other people's stories. They even have a whole listing of people willing to be Volunteer Editors. If you asked the "right people" I'm sure you could find somebody willing to help.

 

Don't forget! We still have the Fur Den stories wiki! If you don't feel up to putting your stories out on the internet at large you can still put them into the wiki where only Fur Den members can see them.

Well, there was the one I wrote with Ms. Barguzin - I think we named it "The Sweetest Seduction," which wasn't too bad, actually - especially at the standards of fur literotica back then. Then there was something that I think is no longer in anyone's library. Well, it still might be in Sableman's library. I haven't checked to make sure, but I'm pretty sure it's no longer in the Den's archives. Something like, "Becoming One With My Furs." It was pretty graphic. Reality furotica at its height. Not a great deal of literary value, but I'll say one thing - It didn't leave a whole lot up to the imagination. I'm sure that will stir your memory - As I recall, I achieved the impossible with that story. I actually made you blush . . . (!)

I just posted this in The Den about a new story of mine.

 

I'm constantly rewritting them as well. Never totally satisfied.

 

Frankly I've had a ball at literotica [pun intended]

 

I've more recently gotten into their Feedback and Writers Forums. You can't be intimidated though.

 

I'm too old to be intimidated anyway so it's fine.

I checked the Story Wiki. Your first story is in there. "Sweetest Seduction".

The other one, I can't find but it might still be there. When White Fox and I built that wiki, we pulled all the stories we could get from Sableman's old site and put them there. There were a lot of them that didn't have any author credits listed. We were forced to put them in a section of "Authors Unknown."

 

I encourage all Den members who have written stories in the past to check out the stories wiki and see if there are any of theirs in there.

...the impossible? I actually blush very easily. I do remember reading one that definitely raised my eyebrows. Can't remember the story line.

 

There is so much in our wiki and archives that new members, probably even many of our regulars, should check out.
