Raymond Bonner wrote about the threat to wildlife (most especially elephants) in his excellent "At The Hand of Man". He exposed the WWF for the exact same thing -- fat-salaried individuals at the top of the organisation, sitting at their huge desks on Park Avenue...etc, etc. Nauseating, isn't it?
