FoxFurStory_35 Posted 52 minutes ago Posted 52 minutes ago The furrier in my city retired and closed many years ago. However I just found out that a furrier from another city nearby comes several times per year for sales and storage. It is always a disappointing time to store my wife’s hooded silver fox coat, but the opportunity was there for professional storage and cleaning. They set up in a nice hotel and I gazed in awe as they had so many furs. Probably well over one hundred furs. Many furs were client’s in foe storage and the furrier had their own furs for sale. I wanted my wife with me but sadly she wasn’t feeling well. The following day was Mother’s Day and I did not have the time on that day. I glanced and saw so many furs including fox, mink and even lynx. The opportunity foe my wife to try on other furs would have been amazing. I chatted with the staff after bringing them the silver fox. The lady said that they had a very good season! They made 12 fox coats and sold most of them. That furs are being bought by younger clientele. The head furrier also complimented the beauty of the silver fox. I thanked and agreed with him. So, the sad end of the fur season is there but anticipation of the potential of the next awaits. The fur industry continues to growing. More fur sales, vintage fur sales, fur videos and pictures. Cheers 🍻
