Short Ebay search hits some volumes. They also have some 3-in-1 books. I guess you'll have to browse through the net and then order it. 

It was on sale in this collection: https://www.ebay.com/itm/188238379631 The auction ended unsuccessfully one week ago. You can contact the seller, maybe they will offer you a single issue for 20 bucks or so, or the whole lot for 60. 

Seems to be Feb 1967. Good time for furs.
