LeComte Posted April 13 Posted April 13 AFAIK dog fur was common in earlier days until the eighties. It branded under different names, often something with "...wolf." Today it is usually banned along with cats, in order not to disturb the feelings of pet owners (personally my ethics is quite contrary to this view, I would prefer to use it; anyway). Unfortunately I don't have any pics, but @furlovertx posts seem to be real dog fur. Dog fur comes in all varieties, just as dogs are different. I tried a real wolf coat once, very pleasant fur, long, soft and with funny guard hairs. And great look of course! 5 hours ago, furlovertx said: 2 1

A Siberian Husky or a Saint Bernard with their soft, voluminous fur could be a wonderful addition to our collections... I don't regret to imagine it becomes a fur jacket, a blanket or a long stole... I love the softness and the feeling of fur! Edited April 14 by kev86 5

I find your idea really nice and fun, the coat will be a beautiful touch of softness and exclusivity! I'm curious to imagine how many Siberian husky are necessary for the coat, the number will be great... You don't have pity for the Siberian husky. You are a pet lover haha... 1

thomas renard 450 Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Pour ma part je suis contre la fourrure de chien et de chat car animaux de compagnie
Tashi Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Samoyed or Great Pyrnees or Newfoundland fur would be fun to play with as would long-haired collie fur 1
