Forgotten password info

I am asking for an old member. Does anyone know how to recover an old username/password. It worked about 6 months ago so it’s been since the new devein. The request has been sent through when site offers “forget username/password” option on login but there’s been no response for weeks. Is this site truly dead to past and new members??

I think there is a problem with the site's outgoing e-mail. I  't received any  notifications since a while.
