The guy next to Kate wearing a transparent shirt is the artistic director of the Kerastase brand, Luigi Murenu. Kate is wearing a dress from the Louis Vuitton FW2013 collection which was introduced in a show last week where Kate was on the runway as well. This led some website to incorrectly label the fur coat she is wearing as being from the same collection. This cannot be true, as her coat is a Russian sable while the LV coats were not.
