My guess would be

 

#1. Probably sheared racoon. Or just possibly sheared fox but looks too thick for that. Trim over probably sheared beaver or mink. Looks like "beige" sheared beaver, a common colour, and I think that beaver would be easier to trim like that due to it's length.

 

#2. Sheared mink. Doubt there is much question on that one.

 

#3. Just don't see enough of this one to have any idea. Probably sheared mink or beaver.
