brandy-uk Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Hard to tell... Only time wil let us see if Beyonce stays fur free.. Brandy xxxx
lynxette Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 This is really sad and disgusting if it is true...especially the bit about the oil and animal byproduct faux fur throw. Who do these people think they are kidding?
Guest Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 This might of course be a ridiculous Peta ploy without any real foundation. I sincerely hope that this is indeed the case. Otherwise, let´s remember the notorious fickleness of many stars as regards the wearing of real furs or not. Look at Naomi Campbell´s complete U-turn some years ago and there are many other similar exemples as well, as we all know. Come autumn and winter I fervently hope to see Beyonce firmly back in her good, old furwearing ways. Why don´t we all let her know how passionately we all feel about this and how absolutely stunning she looks in real furs... I really think she needs to be told this! Somebody knows how to contact her agent?
JerseyFurLover Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 It's a shame the groups like this think they have the right to push their opinion around as if it's gospel. If Beyonce wants to wear fur PETA has no right to harass her. Hopefully she hasn't caved in to the pressure of an angry and beligerant cult.
fursRme Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 PETA is just another terrorist group. They only know how to terrorize people into submission just to get their way. I wish we all could find away to have there tax exemption taken away from them, then they wouldn’t have any power to fund there terrorist group!
den56 Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 I remember last year PETA said similar thing, declaring that Paris Hilton was fur free. I have seen photos of her recently wearing fur so obviously she just played along with them to get them of her back.
flamingo Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 If that is true, it is a real shame . She really looks gorgeous in fur
AKcoyote Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 den56, Welcome Now that you have made your first post, I hope we hear from you more often.
sta Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 I checked out the Poo-ta site blog. Yuck! Anyway, as I read it they sent her a faux fur throw and have had a change of mind regarding their abusive tactics towards her. Chances are they are getting wind of the rest of the world's general annoyance and disaproval of their ways. She has had no dialogue with them and as far as I can tell has not changed her view
FurLoverinFL Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 (edited) Poo-ta can send me a faux throw too! Hopefully, one large enough for a king size bed. Hey poo-ta, there are some decent ones at Donna Sayles Fabulous Furs. Even though it won't be real, at least I'll be able to keep it on my bed year round down here. paul2809 Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 I always thought she was beautiful women in furs. PETA has No right to do that mess. that is just wrong period.
fursRme Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Nobody is complaining about how much energy and oil it takes to make a Faux fur! Just wait till Al Gore gets ahold of POO_TA for for the carbon it takes to make a Faux fur! Ha!!!!!!!!!
RonGav Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 This is WAR. Time for all of us to write her and her fan based forums and let her know it's OK not to buckle under to the extreme agenda-based pressure of PETA. Express herself as she sees fit and for God's sake don't succumb to the small minded tactics of a very small but loud minority of wacked out nut cases.
