auzmink Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 I just thought you might like to know of a recent purchase I have made, ordered through one of our Denziens who made it so well. Having had a black mink scarf made for myself, my partner I think felt the need for one also. Hence, just like this one: http://www.sagafurs.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=21647 It was worn out last night, and for anyone thinking of a furry present, low budget for a significant other - this is great. Stylish, and very subtle. The grey colour (sapphire) is magnificent. Auzmink.
furslave Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 I agree, it makes a good present. For this past christmas, i have given 2 fur scarves. One to my mother in law and the other my sister in law. So now, when i see them, they want to show me that they like the fur, so they wear it. So what it does, is that my wife now wears fur with me, but now, 2 other member of the familly wear it too. So, I'm always surronded by fur! Thats a great gift for them, but its good pleasure for me too. furslave
brandy-uk Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 That is a great gift... a really fashionable item.. also you can wear it without too many people noticing you are wearing fur.. good idea.. kisses brandy xxx
FurLoverinFL Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 That scarf is a beauty! Kudos to you, furslave, for introducing the whole family to fur! It will be interesting to see if your in-laws get any more furs for themselves. FLinFL
Guest Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Been thinking about a fur muff. That's a good one OFF
samurman Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 I agree with other posters in this thread; it looks great. But personally, I find the knitted mink scarves to be more sensous. The knitting makes fur to touch your neck in all angles and it feels as if you are surrounded by fur from all directions. I especially adore the dark brown or mahogany colored ones. And then there is also a design which is more like a wide shawl, and then there are pockets at both ends to tuck in your hands. When I see those pockets, I immediately shiver and get the urge to put the shawl around my shoulders and put my hands inside those cute pockets. It's such a warming feeling. The knitted mink scarves or shawls also carry tassels to their best effect.
mailonfurs Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 hey everyone I know its an old post, but I was the Denzier that was honoured to make this scarf for our valuable member Auzmink and I was so happy with it and the reactions that it got so we reproduced it and took photos. Take a look here: http://www.mailonfurs.com/cms/component/page,shop.product_details/flypage,shop.flypage/product_id,73/category_id,4/manufacturer_id,0/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,35/ I hope you'll like it.

auzmink Posted June 30, 2008 Author Posted June 30, 2008 Brandy, Can't recommend it enough. Clean, classic and VERY stylish - every girl should have one..... Auzmink.
ReFur Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 Kostas, I love your fur scarves! I prefer the full pelt scarf you make to the cheaper pieces version. I also love knit fur, but to me, it does not have the same impact as the full pelt fur!! Linda
