El Topo is NOT a fur film but one of the greatest of all Westerns. Didn't know it was any longer in existence untill this mornings amazon email on their new specials. Guest Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 Just finished watching it. Always thought they missed out not having Michael Caine as Jaames Bond. This is in the same broad take as the Bond movies. I liked it a lot .. full of my favorites. Francoise Dorleac was fabulous in furs [and Shearling]. She's early in the film wearing the Red Fox. Not a fully FUR film but a very good film with a good smattering of furs from start to finish.
