CoyoteFox Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Love the positive attention this fur got live on TV from the male commentators... Haters be damned! π https://www.the-sun.com/sport/15766284/erin-andrews-fox-nfl-sunday-fur-coat/ 5
FoxFurStory_35 Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Yeah I saw Erin Andrews on Fox wearing fox in Philadelphia and was amazed. Β So rare to see fur on a national sports telecast. Β CoyoteFox ya beat me to posting this! π. Great minds think alike I guess. Β 6
WinnipegFur Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Maybe Im wrong in thinking its faux, but.. https://auterwear.com/products/the-fox-jacket-women-cream 4
CoyoteFox Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 (edited) 20260111_211821_1.mp4 Β "That coat is terrific!" The cream sections over her shoulder looked real to me, and the darker sections look like dyed raccoon... Same reaction as the big Sabrina Carpenter fur coat last Spring... Convincing fake or real, it really doesn't matter as you're giving the people what they want. I was watching the football game with 4 other guys, and my jaw dropped when she came on... Everyone sat silently and watched her in this jacket... Fur has an effect on every man! π (Lucky to find the replay of the game when I got home) Edited January 12 by CoyoteFox 7
furs limited Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Wow. What a great thing to see at a big game. Ms. Andrews played it well. With the way the wind went through it, I thought it was real fox, but that AuterWear ad certainly looks the same. Was there a wide shot of her? What length was the coat/jacket? Fox, Finn raccoon, or really impressive faux, it's great for the advancement of wearing fur. 2
CoyoteFox Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Olivia Culpo coat, left, mentioned in the US Weekly story:
bifurlover Posted January 12 Posted January 12 I have a hard time believing that an employee of a woke network is wearing real fur. Β I hope so but im dubious, Β I do remember the gorgeous Phyllis George in the 70βs wearing fur on CBS football broadcastsΒ
shyfurwriter Posted January 13 Posted January 13 (edited) Β Very pretty lady andΒ Jacket. Sorry to say and I would love to be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's fake,Β Although I must admit "faux" sounds so much better than FAKE. Kind of funny in a way, the A.R. nuts can fire up the protesting over nothing by re-living their past "good old" days and (Speaking only for myself) Real fur lovers can recall our "good old" days when commentators and entertainers actually wore fur. So both sides can be happy in our fake world ?????Β Edited January 20 by shyfurwriter omitted false claim
CoyoteFox Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 (edited) As I said before, I don't think it really matters whether it's real or fake... What matters is that society is embracing the "big fur coat" and decision-makers are stating clearly for the public that its "attention-grabbing" and you'll get a positive (gaga) reaction from men. I'm really encouraged... The momentum is building and building... Average people are starting to again see the beauty of fur fashion... The stigma of wearing fur is rebellious now, and perhaps it's even a "fuck you" to the activist class after these past few years... π€ Edited January 13 by CoyoteFox 3
kev86 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I sometimes watch replays because in France the schedules are different and the matches are really late. I think it's great to see a TV presenter wearing a fur coat, especially if she's wearing real fur... I think we should be happy about it and not try to understand the controversy.
bifurlover Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Yeah itβs fake: Multiple reliable sources, including fashion reports and the brand itself, confirmed it as faux: The coat is "The Fox Jacket" (in Smoke Noir or similar cream/black palette) from the brandΒ AuterΒ (a luxury outerwear line that specializes in animal-free furs, shearling, and wool). It retails for around $950 and is explicitly described as "plush faux fur" with a sculptural oversized shawl collarβwarm yet lightweight. Reports from outlets like Us Weekly, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Cut, Yahoo Sports, and others noted it as faux, reassuring animal lovers that no animals were harmed (e.g., "not emu, not polar bear"). It sold out quickly post-game, with preorders available. 2 1
kev86 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 A disappointment, but ultimately, nothing surprising in America, despite the crazy fuss over the fur coat more than the match itself... 1

Yeah I just couldnβt believe that a national tv broadcast would allow real fur. Β Looks good but we all know that real fur doesnβt come out of the earthΒ

WinnipegFur Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Yeah... its funny on some of the facebook pages theres alot of comments about her coat going off how its real, and cruel, and this and that... Ive taken a few jabs back saying yeah and I suppose 1/2 the anti fur crowd here probably also just finished off their steak dinner... reminds me of the woman in the park a few years back when I was wearing my timber wolf parka and she was angry, until I pointed out the coyote trim on her canada goose parka... trim is OK, but the coat isn't... go figure LOL 2
shyfurwriter Posted January 14 Posted January 14 (edited) I think a lot of people like fur butΒ are uncomfortable with the animal contribution, so this may be perfect for them. Funny thing, I recall one activist against fake fur because it might entice people to want real fur. (OMG! Your fake fur is a "Gateway Coat" once you feel the faux your body will crave real! Oh the horror!) Anti- fur nuts took animal rights B.S. to insane levels and most of the population supported the SCAM donating billions of dollars.Β Anyway,Β I believe people have a right to choose their own fashion style.Β I am impressed with the quality of these fake fox coats and jackets but I will always love natural fur. I just hope people remember more animal species suffer from loss of habitat and pollution than fur harvesting in todays world. Edited January 14 by shyfurwriter 2
kev86 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 It's true that people can be so stupid sometimes. They're so desperate to protect animals and forget about the human race... Between saving war-torn countries and saving animals, they always choose animals. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. Why would we care about a fox or mink who are just going to be a beautiful fur...Β
maktak Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I was crawling TikTok for the keyword "fox fur coat" (as I do) and came across this account (barely a month old), dedicated to posting the scantily available clips of Erin in her furs. She's got fans π
Lisaci Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I didn't see the full game but I heard and saw Erin Andrews in this massive fox fur coat on Social Medias and news. I also made some AI Face Swap videos of men and Sabrina Carpenter in Erin Andrews fur coat on my Instagram, Facebook and Deviantart pages. Also that fox fur coat have some attention. Let's see if Erin wears another fox fur coat in Seahawks vs 49ers Divisonal Round game of Saturday on FOX in Seattle.
