We’ve only had one outing but at 4 degrees Celsius, my wife is perfectly comfortable in her full length Crystal Fox. She calls it her ‘chore coat’ during the winter months. The fact that it’s her “third favorite fur piece” gets me encouraged that she will soon wear her favorites as the weather drops even further.

Last December as I was putting her mink away in the back of the car I asks if she was warm enough that evening - she simply stated, “(paraphrased) just put me in my mink and I’m off! See ya!”

4°C is a great temperature for wear fur, really nice for you to see your wife wrapped in her fur, especially, one of her favourite fur coat.

Your wife is really sensual and romantic, you are really lucky !!! Honestly, I understand her perfectly, I don't resist to see a beautiful lady wrapped in a wonderful mink...

I wear my mink trench these last days, evening are really cold when I back at home after a restaurant with friends...

The morning is cold but high temperature come faster with the sun, sweet temperature for november. I'm wearing a "rabbit Rex" scarf double-sided and my leather gloves with inside full rabbit...

Tomorrow, I go see a friend who handmade and sales accessories make from exotic skin... I see the weather and a new opportunity to wear my mink !!!

I purchase a beautiful fox coat for the next winter, difficult to find the perfect crush...

A beautiful day, I really enjoyed my morning. A rarely free time before a long work day. I had one hour for enjoying a long walk wrapped in my mink...

I take my car for drove until a park, a park who woke me many memories, I played in this park when I was a young child...

I appreciate the cold wind and the calm from the natural, a relaxing time for enjoying my sheared mink and enjoying this softness...

I was solo in the park, a real pleasure !!!

Nice.. I got out in raccoon yesterday morning for 15 minutes or so... we're in an absolute crazy warm spell here again.. 10 degrees above normal.. Thursday night with the windchill it said it was -8.. by the time I got to the park it was -4 at 7AM... once again, a little warm for me in a long hair fur... stopped at the other park on the way home , now it was +3.. lots of people there.. I wanted to go for a walk around the pond, but just felt would be totally out of place wearing a full length fur coat and hat at that temperature.. that and there were people actually running trails in shorts and a long sleeve...

I often say around Winnipeg.. you can leave the house in the morning at this time of year wearing all the fur you have for warmth.. and by the end of the day, you're literally down to wearing just a long sleeve fleece or something... I keep saying it but I really need to find a black mink parka or something.. I dont find mink overly warm, but its still fur and good for these kind of temps... the long hairs are just to warm right now.. Id imagine Id be cooking in my wolf parka... good thing for me is come Wednesday and later on we're down to -17 lows and -14 highs.. so I can hopefully break out the long hair furs... still no snow though... Like I say, the weatherman can't get this afternoon right, dont give me predictions for 2 weeks from now lol

Honestly, I understand your thinking about the high temperatures who come really fast between two or four hours...

I find mink really warm when the quality is definitely beautiful, I don't have the problem of cold sensation when I wore my mink or sheared one !

Surely, find a mink parka is not a bad idea for walk when the temperatures is not really negative...

Today we have -4 degrees from France, when i got to the park -2 degrees but great weather for wore my mink trench...

I always joke when I see peoples faces about a fur trench, this is often hilarious but not bad reaction..

People look at men wearing mink in France? It feels like in French culture people look more at other people in the street.

I have the same problem as you guys, my knee level mink feels very long when it’s above 0C.

But the cold wave in Europe was perfect! It was -8 “feels like” and a men made a comment envying how warm my coat looked.

I mostly wear my coat when I go out in the evening, generally because it’s not cold enough in the day. Maybe I didn’t realise this because it’s harder to see in the night.

What do you wear that retain such attention ? Probably coats like golden island fox or raccoon get more looks. But I’m sure even a girl in a chinchilla will get more looks so it’s not a bad thing.

Yeah that's a excellent moment, let's go for a restaurant wrapped in our fur... Friends moments !!!

I love wear my mink trench and leathet gloves with rabbit garments during cold days. My mink trench is really warm and so elegant, the beautiful collar stroke my face and I love the feeling of mink...

Hahaha yeah, the next year I purchase a fox coat from the furrier (Fenzo), surely a Golden island or a polar fox with hood...

I never see a chinchilla, I don't visit rich place, I don't care about it and Russian tired my mental...

A calm place with authentic people is my favourite moment...

I'll count this as fur venture because I finally in  I don't know how long actually had a full length fox sighting today while driving home... saw a woman getting into a car with a full length blue fox coat that was down past mid shin length.. unfortunately, I didnt notice her until she was turning into her car so only got to really see the back of the coat.. it was rather warm today too still at -1c only, so really wasnt expecting to see any furs, never mind a full length fox!  I think this has just upped the ante now that temps dont matter anymore to me... if you can do it , so can I LOL

Saw a great coat coming out of Starbucks this morning... I'm wondering whether I compliment them and say: "Great coat... Would you mind if I took a photo of your fur to show my wife?" 📷

Doesn't need to be a picture. Just start with a conversation, like "my wife thinks about buying fur, how is your experience?" If you're lucky, she will offer you a picture.

I'm totally agree with you my friend.

I start the conversation by a compliment, the compliment show my positive attitude and my interest about this fur...

When you have 26 years and you compliment a lady wrapped in fur, I promise many ladies smiling and ask me directly for understand why I love fur...

I never had a bad reaction when I compliment her...

Unfortunately, it was probably a one off... Winnipeg is a fairly decent size city, nothing like Toronto or Vancouver, but big enough where you'd probably not see someone again anytime soon...

Got out in my raccoon this morning, was nice with the strong north wind.. I intended on walking around the pond this morning too, but Ive noticed the shelter at the pond now has almost become a homeless encampment at the park in the morning now... some of them can get pretty violent (Ive had run ins with them while cycling on the river trails) so I just opted out and went elsewhere...

When I see temperature during last night and next night, I enjoyed my wolf fur blanket, so big, so warm and a real feeling...

Raccoon this morning... I found a better loop to walk at the park.. I crossed paths with a woman about 2 weeks ago that gave me a somewhat dirty stare... today I crossed paths with her again.. her face was totally covered up, but I could feel that glare through her face covering LOL

At least the temps next week are getting more in line with wearing a fur coat (-16C overnight, little bit of wind should drop that into the -20s for sure)

Ive had a few fur coats lined up on facebook market to purchase, unfortunately, I can't just get out in the evenings to get them after work.. I had a really nice raccoon jacket lined up with silver fox sleeves.. had it all planned to pick it up.. I messaged the lady the night before and she said nope I sold it.. I was a little disappointed but I get it... point Im getting at really is, there are surprisingly alot of furs that seem to sell on market place... but I never actually see any of them when I do manage to get out...  even at -16 this morning I went out to the store, and people are still dressed like its 0 around here.. I didnt wear any fur this morning...

Yeah, i understand you perfectly  Now this is really to see peoples wrapped in fur...

Personally, the last when the weather around -5 degrees, i don't see ladies wrapped in fur and the most surprising one is to see older ladies wrapped in normal coat and don't wore fur...

I have just one with who I talk really often and she wore her fur proudly... I'm really happy to see her especially during cold weather and winter season...
