Use a fur throw like a fur blanket

Hey fur lovers,

I write this topic about a shopping trip and first experience from "Lars Paustian" for ordering a fur blanket or a fur throw. i going on vacation to Germany during march or april, the next year !

I'm thinking about a sheared mink/mink fur throw, mink side and cashmere side in large dimensions... 

I have a question about the durability of a fur throw if i use this one like a blanket sure the long term ?

For many years, I used an enormous mink coat I was gifted by an ex-lover as a bedspread since I didn’t have the courage to wear it in public.  It was stored in a temperature controlled vault in summer and cleaned annually and it’s survived very well.  Since jettisoning the attitude of giving a damn of what others think, I’ve worn it every winter for the last four years.  
 

I remember reading somewhere that furs really like to be worn/used and this gorgeous mink coat has proven that.  So long as they’re used and treated well furs will outlive most of their owners so I’d purchase and enjoy with absolute confidence. 
 

Despite having been treated with reverence and care over a long period of time, my gorgeous mink still keeps the aroma of its original owner’s perfume and cigarette smell.  I find it incredibly erotic!

Yeah, that's true but honestly all my coats have a excellent condition, and I don't want use them like a blanket sure the long term. 

This is why I want ordering a mink fur throw or mink fur blanket. Second point : 

- fur throw/blanket is a great decoration !

Im planning on buying a purple fox fur throw from lars paustian soon

I have 3 black mink blankets made from fully let out coats. It all depends on what you want to do with them. I’ve had mine for years. The odd split now & again my furrier repairs. They should last decades as a bed topper. Just don’t lie on them as it strains all the seams.
