Chrisfurlover Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Howdy y’all! I know this is kind of an odd question in this forum but I promise you it is fur related. I’ve been reading a bunch of fantastic stories on this site many of which include details about the female interest having a perfume or scent that is overwhelming or that sticks to the furs they are wearing and makes the other individuals in the story fall head over heels every time they get a whiff. My question to y’all is if you have ever encountered a situation like this or have any recommendations for certain perfumes that your spouse or partner has/had that gives you the same effect as I described above. Looking for something that compliments the smell of a nice fur straight out of the furrier. Our current one we have is Princess by Vera Wang but unfortunately the scent just doesn’t sit right when mixed with the scent of a heavenly fur coat. Thank you everyone in advance!
FullLengthFox Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) Well, I am always had over heels when she wears her furs and her perfume certainly adds to the effect. Also when she is not wearing them and they are in the wardrobe still carrying her perfume. She uses J'adore and Hypnotic Poison from Dior (but she also has a few others). Also I find it arousing when I receive a used fur coat with the perfume of the previous owner still on it! Edited September 3 by FullLengthFox 1 1
dongleboy Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Any good book about fur care will advise not to spray perfumes onto furs but there’s absolutely no denying that fur and an expensive perfume is an unbeatable combination! I own an amazing mink coat that was gifted to me by an extremely wealthy American lady that I had a fling with back in the 1980’s. I can’t remember the name of it but it was very exclusive and provided a very erotic scent to our affair. That, combined with the smell of her cigarette smoke was quite overpowering. Despite having been cleaned on numerous occasions, the coat still carries that combined scent of perfume, smoke and sex! 2

I would never recommend for someone to spray a perfume or really anything on to their furs unless first approved and discussed with a furrier. However, we have gotten around this by spraying it on the inside lining of the coat such as the collar, just behind the closures, and inside the sleeve cuffs.

Noted, I’ll definitely have to check those 2 out and if you find any others I’m sure they would make for a nice gift for my partner down the road
CoyoteFox Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) I'll second HYPNOTIC POISON! But a vintage bottle (the two on the left)... They can still be found on FB Marketplace: The scent alone will give you an erection... Adds so much to a woman in a fur coat! 🥰 Edited September 4 by CoyoteFox 2 2
Silver_Fox_King Posted September 4 Posted September 4 We are personally a fan of Lancome La Vie Est Belle. Use it almost every other week, gives the fur a really nice floral scent up front, and leaves very nice and relaxing vanilla notes after a couple days of being misted. 3
syfr Posted September 4 Posted September 4 Love this post! I hadn't considered this, but now I'm going to be on the hunt for some of these fragrances to add to me and my wife's fur love-making! 1 1

Maybe even eBay

Does it by chance come in a tester or still being sold? This is also a choice I will definitely have to try and find THE ONE 1

It’s one of those things that kinda just adds to the experience and that I didn’t really get until a little bit of my partners perfume rubbed off on the collar of her black fox coat and that scent mixed with the smell of a fur straight out of being cleaned and glazed at the furrier is something to behold. Still definitely has that “something is missing” feel to the combo of perfume and fur but I’m sure we’ll find the right one eventually. 1

I agree that fur and an expensive perfume are an unbeatable combination, especially for pleasure. It is very arousing! Fur and heavy smoking, however.... Ugh! This is especially true of me as I have mild asthma. My former wife had a friend who wore fur and smoked. Her crystal fox coat reeked of smoke residue. 1 2

I know it’s not to everyone’s taste but I find the sight of an attractive woman smoking whilst wearing fur incredibly erotic. I’ve been lucky enough to have had girlfriends who have both smoked and worn fur. One had an ankle length black Dior mink coat and I loved to cuddle her in it whilst she smoked. 2

Yes, there definitely is an allure to an attractive woman smoking in fur. If only there was a way to have odourless smoke! haha. A vape pen doesn't give off the same vibes (in fact, the opposite for me).

I do recall seeing it in a smaller "sampler" bottle as well. I'll let you know if I can still find some. 1

CoyoteFox Posted September 9 Posted September 9 15 minutes ago, paul2809 said: Ive been lookin for menss cologne to spray on my faux furs before goin out.. Maybe I can help you decide... What are you trying to project to the world with this scent? Preppy? Old World? Royalty? Young? More Feminine? More Masculine? Tell me about the look of your furs as the scent needs to complement them... 👍
paul2809 Posted September 9 Posted September 9 Two furs ...one full lenght black faux fur coat , and my fav faux bear coat...mid colored brown..full lenght..
paul2809 Posted September 9 Posted September 9 Couple of christmass ago out shopping in my bear faux fur coat..yes its the romans label and I Love it..but one of the ones that id love to find cologne for...im sensative to super sweet scents..
CoyoteFox Posted September 9 Posted September 9 (edited) @paul2809, A.I. says: Dior Homme Parfum or Valentino Uomo Intense I approach cologne differently, and my response might disappoint you at first: Because you're leading visually with a very large coat, I would recommend you go with a calming and familiar "manly" fragrance to balance the look and create a connection. You can achieve this perfectly with the timeless charm and appeal of Old Spice Classic cologne... Whether you're wearing a red plaid shirt or a suit and tie, this cologne smells like a "reliable masculine figure"... It smells like a clean barbershop or a grandfather that everyone knows and respects... I think you can achieve the connection and acceptance that you're looking for by adding this familiar and timeless scent. Worth a try, and no man will ever regret buying a bottle of this classic... Told you it was a pedestrian answer, but you can't underestimate the power that this scent has on men and women alike! 🏆 Edited September 9 by CoyoteFox
WilliamFur Posted September 9 Posted September 9 I enjoy being around an older woman, who is wearing her perfume , but has not splashed it on herself . Her coat mat retain the odor but only a hint .
pnwhist Posted September 9 Posted September 9 Yeah… my wife’s technique has been for me to hold her favorite fur on the hanger at a distance, she sprays her perfume in front of her and I walk the coat into “the mist” Just so it gets a hint of the fragrance. 1
