Ballula Posted April 16 Posted April 16 Fur is either swift fox, kit fox, or corsac fox. In bad shape. Not stored properly. https://www.juliensauctions.com/en/items/66113/doris-day-fox-fur-coat-from-caprice-with-dvd 20th Century Fox, 1967. A garment with three-quarter-length sleeves, knee-length, peaked lapels, two front pockets, lined in crème-colored silk, no label present, approximately a modern day women's size 4; worn by the star as “Patricia Foster” in a scene with co-stars Richard Harris and Ray Walston in this wacky, super-mod spy thriller; please note this coat is in very poor and tattered condition now and will require a massive overhaul by a professional furrier; Day stopped wearing all her fur coats once she became woke to animal rights in the early 1970s, so none of them were stored properly, hence the condition of this one.

minkme Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Ok. I was going to say, Doris Day sure looks different in her younger days. 1
